Definitions of Words and Terms Capitalized words used in this Agreement which are not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Annex of Definitions attached hereto.
Definitional Provisions (a) The words “hereof,” “herein,” and “hereunder” and words of similar import, when used in this Agreement, shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provisions of this Agreement.

Amendment of Definitions Subject to Section 2.01 hereof, the Indenture is hereby amended by deleting any definitions from the Indenture with respect to which references would be eliminated as a result of the amendments of the Indenture pursuant to Section 1.01 hereof.
Basic Lease Provisions and Definitions In addition to other terms elsewhere defined in this Lease, the following terms whenever used in this Lease should have only the meanings set forth in this section, unless such meanings are expressly modified, limited or expanded elsewhere herein.
