Definitions generally; references. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Loan Agreement. All references to Section numbers in this Amendment shall be references to the corresponding Section of the International Loan Agreement. On and after the date hereof, each reference in the International Loan Agreement to "this Agreement," "hereunder," "herein," or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement, as amended hereby.
