Preamble and Definitions 1.1 The preamble to this agreement constitutes an integral part hereof.

Other terms that are capitalized, and not defined in this Agreement, shall have the meaning in the Act. For convenience of reference, Attachment 11 provides a list of acronyms used throughout this Agreement.
