Definitions and Principles of Interpretation. Certain capitalized and other terms used in this Agreement are defined in Schedule A to this Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed thereto in the Common Terms Agreement. The rules of interpretation set forth in Section 1.2 of the Common Terms Agreement shall also apply in this Agreement as if set forth herein mutatis mutandis.
