DEFINITIONS AND DOCUMENT REFERENCES. All terms defined in the 1995 Loan Agreement, the 1996 Loan Agreement, the 1997 Loan Agreement and all other documents executed in connection therewith (collectively, the "LOAN DOCUMENTS") unless modified herein shall have the same definitions set forth therein and are incorporated by this reference. All references to the Loan Documents are as modified by the Modification Agreement and the Second Modification Agreement.

  • Definitions and References Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings assigned in the Credit Agreement. All references to the Credit Agreement contained in the Collateral Documents and the other Loan Documents, as amended or amended and restated, shall, upon the execution of this Amendment, mean the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
