Definitions Amendment. (a) Any definitions used exclusively in the deleted provisions of the Indenture set forth in Section 1.1(a) above, and all references to such deleted provisions, are hereby deleted in their entirety from the Indenture and shall be of no further force or effect. (b) The following definitions shall either be amended in Section 1.01 of the Indenture as provided herein or added to Section 1.01 of the Indenture, as applicable.
