Definitional Conventions. (a) The words “hereof”, “herein”, “hereunder” and “hereto” and words of similar import when used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement, and Article, Section, subsection, paragraph, item, exhibit and schedule references are to this Agreement unless otherwise specified. (b) All terms defined in this Agreement in the singular shall have comparable meanings when used in the plural, and vice versa, unless otherwise specified.
