Definition of Environmental Laws. The term “Environmental Laws” shall mean any and all federal, state or local laws and regulations of an environmental nature, including, in all cases, any judgments, orders, notices, notices of infraction or non-compliance, decrees, codes, rules, directives, policies, guidelines and guides, authorizations, authorization certificates, approvals, permissions and permits issued by any competent authorities, the whole as they may have been amended from time to time.
