The Defined Timelines clause establishes specific deadlines or timeframes within which certain actions, obligations, or deliverables must be completed under an agreement. By clearly outlining these time limits, the clause ensures that all parties understand their scheduling responsibilities and helps prevent disputes or delays related to timing.
Defined Timelines i. Service Provider shall adhere to the timelines in the Schedule of Work/Scope of Work provided by the Buyer in the contract for carrying out the Cleaning, Sanitation and Disinfection service.
ii. The daily normal working hours would be stipulated by Buyer and may vary as per the Buyer’s directions and actual requirements.

Defined Timelines. 1. The Service Provider shall ensure that assigned vehicle and driver report within 24 Hours of confirmation of order or as mutually agreed with the Buyer.
2. Buyer shall notify service provider of any change in schedule of hired car(s). The notification shall be provided 24 hours prior to change.
3. Delay in arrival beyond 30 minutes, shall attract deductions.
Defined Timelines. 1. The Service Provider shall ensure that assigned ambulance along with driver and EMT (if demanded) report within 1 month of confirmation of order or as mutually agreed with the Buyer.
