Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, each term used herein that is defined in the Existing Credit Agreement or in the Amended Credit Agreement, as the context shall require, has the meaning assigned to such term in the Existing Credit Agreement or in the Amended Credit Agreement, as applicable.
