Defined Terms; Headings. All capitalized terms used herein, unless otherwise defined herein, have the same meanings provided herein or in the Sale and Servicing Agreement. The headings of the various Sections of this Amendment have been inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not be deemed to be part of this Amendment.

The use of defined terms in the Loan Documents is for convenience of reference and shall not be deemed to be limiting or to have any other substantive effect with respect to the persons or things to which reference is made through the use of such defined terms.
