Common use of Deferred Prosecution Clause in Contracts

Deferred Prosecution. The USAOs agree that if ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo fully complies with all of its obligations under this Agreement, the USAOs will not criminally prosecute ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, during the Term of this Agreement or thereafter for any crime related to the conduct described in the Statement of Facts. The USAOs and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo intend for this Agreement to resolve the USAOs’ criminal investigation of ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo relating to the conduct described in the Statement of Facts.
