Deferred Plan Documents (post-permit issuance. The Village will collect all deferred plan documents (e.g. structural, elevator, fire sprinkler, fire alarm) from the customer submitted post-permit and forward the same to the Consultant for review. All deferred plan reviews shall be completed as part of the approved project work order at no additional cost. At the completion of all deferred plan reviews the Consultant shall provide a letter to the Village certifying that the plans are in conformance with the Village's Building Codes and all other building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes as adopted by the Village, including all applicable State of Illinois statutes and codes.
