Common use of Deferred Consideration Clause in Contracts

Deferred Consideration. Subject to the term set forth in Section 2.09: (i) Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) were paid on February 12, 2021. (ii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) were paid on April 26, 2021. (iii) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) in total were paid by October 18th, (iv) Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) to be paid on December 1st, 2021.
