Common use of Defects; No Waiver Clause in Contracts

Defects; No Waiver. Borrower will, upon demand of Administrative Agent or the Lenders, correct or cause to be corrected any structural defect in any Improvements. The advance of any of the proceeds of the Loans hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of the Administrative Agent’s right or the Lenders’ right to require compliance with this covenant.
