Defective Material Action Clause Samples

Defective Material Action. The `Buyer' using location shall notify the `Seller' of any defective material and define in writing: o the nature (actual versus specification) and extent (proportion) of the nonconformity, o the proposed disposition of the material (return, scrap, sort, repair, etc.), o a breakdown of costs involved where compensation is claimed.
