Common use of Defect Free Clause in Contracts

Defect Free. In addition to other warranties and longer time periods which may be provided in the Contract, and as a minimum, the Contractor warrants the Work performed under the Contract is in conformance with the requirements of the Contract, and that the Work is free of defects and deficiencies in design, materials and workmanship and will remain free of defects and deficiencies in design, materials and workmanship for the duration of the Warranty Period.
