Default Rollover. The Plan Administrator, in the case of a Participant who does not respond timely to the notice described in Section 6.10(B), may make a direct rollover of the Participant's Account (as described in Revenue Ruling 2000-36 or in any successor guidance) in lieu of distributing the Participant's Account.
