DEFAULT GRATUITY. The Company shall include a default gratuity of 18% in all casual dining units and bars, as well as a line for “additional gratuity”. The check shall also include the following language at the bottom of the check: “Please note that an 18% gratuity has been added to your check. Please feel free to increase, decrease, or remove the gratuity.”
