Common use of Default; Cure Clause in Contracts

Default; Cure. In the event Subtenant shall default in the full performance of any of the terms, covenants and conditions on its part to be performed under this Sublease, then Sub-Sublandlord shall have the same rights and remedies with respect to such default as are given to Master Landlord under the Master Lease with respect to defaults by Sub-Sublandlord, as tenant, under the Master Lease and Subtenant shall be entitled to all notice and opportunity to cure as are afforded Sub-Sublandlord (acting as Lessee) under the Master Lease.
