Common use of Default by Subtenant; Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Default by Subtenant; Indemnification. Upon the failure of Subtenant to pay rent or comply with any other provisions of this Sublease or the occurrence of any other event which constitutes a default under this Sublease, Sublandlord shall be entitled to all the same rights and remedies against Subtenant on account of such default by Subtenant under this Sublease as are granted in the Master Lease to Master Landlord against Tenant on account of a default by Tenant under the Master Lease. In addition to, and not in limitation of, the indemnification obligations set forth in the Master Lease, Subtenant shall indemnify, defend and hold Sublandlord harmless from and against all liability, damages, claims, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in connection therewith, arising out of Subtenant’s default under this Sublease.
