Default by Awarding Authority Clause Samples

Default by Awarding Authority. A breach by Awarding Authority of its obligations to the House Doctor hereunder shall not be considered an event of default unless the House Doctor shall first give Awarding Authority written notice of the specific matters as to which Awarding Authority is in breach of this Contract and Awarding Authority fails to cure within thirty (30) days after receipt of such notice.
