Default and Automatic Termination. Contractor shall be deemed to be in default under this Franchise and all rights and privileges granted to contractor shall terminate upon thirty (30) days written notice and this Agreement shall be terminated automatically if: A) Contractor’s collection or disposal service remains inoperative for any period of five (5) or more consecutive business days, unless due to force majeure. B) Contractor fails to submit required franchise fee payments to City or maintain all required policies of insurance.
