Deeming Provision. In the event that this Deed remains unsigned, the Recorder agrees that ▇▇▇’s electronic acceptance of the Recorder’s online or manual registration for Garma, and the Recorder’s subsequent attendance at Garma, constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Deed.
