Deemed Use. A person shall be deemed to have received or made use of the Information if he receives, transmits or makes use of all or any part of the Information, to include divulging or publishing the existence, contents, substance, purport, effect or meaning thereof.

  • Intended Use (a) The residential units in the Facility are allocated as follows (“Intended Use”):
