Deemed Jointly Drafted. This Agreement is deemed to be jointly ---------------------- drafted by the parties for all purposes and the rules of construction that a document is to be construed most strictly against the party who prepared the same will not be applied. Each party hereto acknowledges that they have read and understand all parts of this Agreement, have had the opportunity to have the benefit of counsel of the party's choice and an opportunity for the independent advice of their chosen counsel with regard to the preparation and execution of this Agreement.
