Common use of Deemed Amendments Clause in Contracts

Deemed Amendments. If any paragraph or provision of this Agreement is adjudicated to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part then such paragraph or provision, or part thereof, shall be deemed amended to delete therefrom the objectionable portion and the remaining portions of this Agreement shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
