Deeds and Assignment. The Deeds and the Assignment, which shall be duly executed and acknowledged by Seller so as to convey to Buyer (or its designee) good and marketable title to the Property described therein free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and other conditions of title other than the Permitted Exceptions and Permitted Liens.
