Common use of Deductions for Distributions Clause in Contracts

Deductions for Distributions. There shall be deducted and withheld from every distribution of every kind under this Agreement any taxes, assessments, or other charges that may be required by any present or future law to be deducted or withheld, and expense and charges incurred pursuant to Section 4.05 hereof, to the extent that such compensation, expense, and charges incurred pursuant to Section 4.05 hereof remain unpaid or unreimbursed.
