Deduction and Transmission Fee Clause Samples

The Deduction and Transmission Fee clause defines the fees that may be deducted from payments or funds being transferred between parties, typically to cover administrative or processing costs. In practice, this clause specifies the amount or percentage to be deducted, who is responsible for paying the fee, and under what circumstances the deduction occurs, such as during wire transfers or remittances. Its core function is to ensure transparency and agreement regarding the handling of such fees, thereby preventing disputes over payment shortfalls or unexpected charges.
