Common use of Dedication Area Clause in Contracts

Dedication Area. The Dedication Area set forth in Exhibit E. [Delivery Fee. As defined in Section 5.1(a)(iii).] Delivery Point. Each point identified in Exhibit A at which Residue Gas allocated to Producer is delivered to a Downstream Pipeline by Processor, and any additional delivery points that, from time to time after the Effective Date, are added at the request of Producer (at Producer’s expense) to permit delivery to Downstream Pipelines.
