Each Party shall maintain a single, free, publicly available website that, to the extent practicable, contains all information that it is required to publish pursuant to Article 9 (Transparent Development of Regulations). 2. With respect to each regulatory authority at the federal level of government that has responsibility for implementing or enforcing regulations, the Party shall make publicly available online a description of that regulatory authority, including the regulatory authority’s specific responsibilities. Each Party shall, without undue delay, notify the other Party of any material changes to this information and update the information online, as appropriate. 3. A Party may comply with paragraphs 1 and 2 by making publicly available information on, and providing for the submission of comments through, more than one website, provided the information can be accessed, and submissions can be made, from a single web portal that links to other websites.
Dedicated Website. The Contracted Supplier(s) must maintain a contract website with a link for each Participating Entity. The purpose of this website is to inform end users of the individual state programs under any subsequent Participating Addendum. Such Contract Websites must, at a minimum, contain: a. Product offerings and options, limited to the products approved by each Participating Entity through their Participating Addendum. b. Maintain a list of Authorized Dealers within the Participating State’s that are authorized to service the Contract. c. Pricing information limited to the products approved by the Participating Entity through their Participating Addendum. d. Contracted Supplier(s) must have website implemented within ninety (90) calendar days of execution of a Master Agreement or implementation of a Participating Addendum.
