Common use of Dedicated Revenues Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Revenues. In accordance with Section 2.02(f) hereof, the principal of and interest on the Note, and any other amounts due from time to time under this Agreement, shall be payable in the first instance from the dedicated source of revenues described in Exhibit E attached hereto.
