The Service: (LICENSEE')s service (the "Service") provides the tools for you to develop, a web site. The specific features of the Service depend on the level of Service you select. You are responsible for providing and maintaining all computer equipment and software and telecommunications services necessary to access the Service. As provided in Section (LICENSEE) currently intends to make the Service available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, but (LICENSEE) may in its discretion and without notice limit the availability of the Service for maintenance or other necessary activities. (LICENSEE) makes no representation or warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Service to develop your web site. Nothing in this Agreement grants or transfers to you any ownership rights in the service, including the software and other intellectual property rights related thereto.
