DECREASES IN ADOPTION ASSISTANCE ACCOUNTS. A Participant’s Adoption Assistance Account shall be reduced by the amount of any qualified adoption expense reimbursements incurred on behalf of a Participant pursuant to Section 8.13 hereof.
