deCODE's indemnification Sample Clauses

deCODE's indemnification under Section 12.1.1 shall not apply to any liability, damage, loss or expense to the extent that it is directly attributable to the negligent activities, reckless misconduct or intentional misconduct of the Institution Indemnitees.
