Declined transactions. A Transaction may be declined (“Declined Transaction”) by Us due to: (a) Your Cus- tomer having an inactive or invalid PopPay Account; (b) Your Customer having an expired or cancelled credit card or bank account which may be linked to their PopPay Account; (c) the inability by Us to Authen- ticate Your Customer’s identity; (d) any other reason. If You have a Declined Transaction, You will be noti- fied through the POS Terminal and You should not complete the Transaction nor provide delivery of the goods and services to the Customer.
