DECLARED VALUES; BRINK’S LIABILITY; LIMITATIONS ON BRINK’S LIABILITY. Where the Convention or CMR applies, the liability of Brink's shall be governed by and limited according to the applicable rules. In all other circumstances, the following provisions shall apply.
