Common use of Declared Capacity Notification Clause in Contracts

Declared Capacity Notification. To enable BPDB to give final schedules of requirements, the Company shall notify the Control Center, by 12 hours each Day, of the Declared Capacity available during each hour of the following Day. However, the Company may notify the Control Center, not less than 12:00 hours prior to its scheduled occurrence, of any reasonable modification to the Declared Capacity schedule.
