Common use of DECLARE Clause in Contracts

DECLARE. The parties declare their mutual desire to promote the development of research and other academic and scientific institutional activities throughout the mutual assistance in areas such as training, research and institutional development, and considering: The parties have common objectives and interests in the scientific, educational and cultural fields. The parties are precisely institutions that promote the exchange of scientific and cultural knowledge. That the collaboration and the exchange of experiences and knowledge, as well as the rendering of services between both parties are of major interest for their social and cultural progress. For which reasons, they have decided to establish this Framework Agreement for Collaboration between both parties in accordance with the following clauses:
