DECLARATION OF INTERESTS. (1) Each Commissioner, other than the President, and each Deputy Commissioner shall disclose to the President any direct or indirect pecuniary interest held or acquired by that person in a business carried on in Australia or in a body corporate carrying on such a business that could conflict with that person's duties as a Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner. (2) The President shall give written notice to the Chairperson of the Ministerial Council of all direct and indirect pecuniary interests held or acquired by the President in any business carried on in Australia or in any body corporate carrying on any such business.
