Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions for the Property. The City hereby acknowledges that this Agreement does not preclude the Developer from recording private covenants, conditions, restrictions, and easements to regulate the development of the Property and to provide for the management of the Development of the Property via the establishment of a Master Association and, as applicable, Sub-Associations in accordance with this Agreement.
