Common use of Declaration Binding Clause in Contracts

Declaration Binding. This Declaration and the covenants contained herein shall run with the real property comprising the Project and shall bind the Developer and its successors and assigns and all subsequent owners of the Project or any interest therein, and the benefits shall inure to the City and its successors and assigns for the term of this Declaration as provided in Section 1(b) hereof.
