Declaration and Bylaws. All persons who shall acquire Shares shall acquire the same subject to the provisions of this Declaration and the Bylaws. The Board of Trustees has the exclusive power to adopt, amend, change or repeal Bylaws. Except as they may directly contradict provisions of this Declaration, the Bylaws may implement and interpret this Declaration.
