Declarant Subsidy. So long as Developer is the “declarant” under the Community Covenants, Developer may include in Project Costs approved by the City to be funded pursuant to this Agreement a subsidy to paid to the Owners’ Association in order for the Owners’ Association to establish and maintain assessments that are affordable and comparable to market assessments established in comparable projects in the Austin MSA.
