Decisions by Investor Manager. Each of the Investor Members hereby authorize the Investor Manager to make the decisions to be made by the Investor Manager hereunder and hereby release and hold harmless the Investor Manager from any and all claims, liabilities, losses or damages which any of them may have now or in the future resulting from any decision made by the Investor Manager hereunder unless due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Investor Manager.
