Common use of Decisions Binding Clause in Contracts

All determinations and decisions made by the Committee or the Corporate Governance Committee of the Board pursuant to the provisions of the Plan and all related orders and resolutions of such committee shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all persons, including the Company, its shareholders, Directors, Non-Employee Directors, Employees, Participants, and their estates and beneficiaries.
