Decision Timelines Sample Clauses
Decision Timelines. The single Arbitrator must be prepared to render a decision within thirty (30) days of the completion of the Arbitration hearing. Should the parties agree prior to/during the hearing that this Clause is impractical, because of the nature of the Arbitration case, the above time provision shall not be operative.
Decision Timelines. The arbitrator's decision and award will be requested to be in writing and delivered within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the record is closed. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.
