Common use of Debt; Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Debt; Guarantees. The Company has no Liabilities in respect of Debt except as set forth on Schedule 3.10. For each item of Debt, Schedule 3.10 correctly sets forth the debtor, the principal amount of the Debt as of the date of this Agreement (or with respect to capital leases, the dates set forth on Schedule 3.10) the creditor, the maturity date and the collateral, if any, securing the Debt. The Company has no Liability in respect of a guarantee of any Liability of any other Person.
