Debriefing by the Procuring Entity. 44.1 On receipt of the Procuring Entity's Notification of Intention to Enter into a Contract referred to in ITT 41, an unsuccessful tenderer may make a written request to the Procuring Entity for a debriefing on specific issues or concerns regarding their tender. The Procuring Entity shall provide the debriefing within five days of receipt of the request.
44.2 Debriefings of unsuccessful Tenderers may be done in writing or verbally. The Tenderer shall bear its own costs of attending such a debriefing meeting.

2. CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY /DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLE TYRES, TUBES, BATERIES AND SPARE PARTS FOR A PERIOD OF (1) ONE YEAR.
